Senator Domenici of N.M. EMAIL HIM NOW

Has anyone heard of Domenici's "WISH" act? Welcoming Immigrants to a secure homeland"?

It says, limits on H-1B visa's would be virtually eliminated and foreign student visa's would be almost automatically convertible to permanent residency.

That there would be 1.5 million arriving here every year.

This guy is in New Mexico, what's wrong with him???

How about we have a JuniusJnr's ROUND 'EM UP and get them the hell out of here Act. I'm so sick of these politicians who hate the American people so much that they want to cripple our economy, take our schools away from our kids and bury us in foreign nationals.

Sylvia's note: I posted this on the LAIR blog two days ago. the bill MIGHT be available at Thomas Library by now. But here is a link to view the bill and a summary. It really sux! But Dominici is a true Bush Administration YES man, from what I can see, so the fact this bill was introduced doesn't mean any more to me than that Dominici is outdoing himself trying to be the first one to do the master's bidding.

This link is to the American Immigration Lawyers Association

They also have a little NumbersUSA type setup for sending letters to Senators on here, but of course the letters are all worded for the opposition. Hmmmm...........

I'm not sure of this Latinoamerican forum's organization -whether they are covered for posting copyrited material like Alipac is, so I'm just giving you the link right now.

This is a new immigration bill introduced into the Senate by one of Bush's chief as* kissers, Senator Dominici of New Mexico. It is TERRIBLE!! It's called

WELCOME IMMIGRANTS TO a SECURE HOMELAND and they are not talking about legal immigrants either.

I looked for the text at Thomas Congressional Library, but the bill is so new, they don't have the text posted yet.

SO HOW COME THES LAWYERS HAVE IT ON THEIR SITE BEFORE IT IS AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC?

There is a summary of the bill on this site as well. Just scroll down to 2/21 when the post was made.

    The bill # is S2326

Moosetrack - been watching a similar issue here in Virginia concerning Education and who qualifies for instate tuition, etc...turns out, someone had put up legislation in front of the state to welcome immigrants, but held firm on the "residential" requirements for citizens. I was confused how someone could do that to our own people, and haven't collected all the facts yet. I have been making inquiries to our representative (Michelle McQuigg) to find out if anything has happened and expressing my concern of handing over our country to immigrants (while turning our backs on our citizens).

I get more disappointed by the day...

More handouts to foreigners at the expense of American citizens.

This is treason, there is no other way to describe this behavior.

I wish some rich attorney would file a malfeasance of office charge against these traitors and get them prosecuted for aiding and abetting illegal immigration which is a felony.

It just astounds me that these senators feel emboldened to ignore the will of the people with impunity.
Is this Mexico or the USA

Not yet, it isn't. But HR 4437 would make it one and that is why we have to fight to get HR 4437 passed. Don't forget to keep hounding your senators! Last I heard, they set it aside until March 27. But that doesn't mean they won't try to pull a fast one and sneak it in earlier so that they can strike it down or attach amnesty without publicity.

I think sneakin as* bush's record pretty much makes that a sure bet. They'll try to pull something sneaky. Anything else would not be our Fuehrer.......ah, president.

Tim, that must be the reason. And I never thought of it! These immigration lawyers wrote the BILL! And I found the link to their site on the "Day without an Immigrant" Site as a site to send faxes to Congress.
