Brewer to announce decision on SB1070 this afternoon at 1:30
Gov. Jan Brewer has called a press conference in Phoenix for 1:30 p.m. to announce her decision on SB 1070, which makes it illegal to be in Arizona without the proper proof of citizenship or legal visitor.
She’s expected to sign the bill, according to reports in the Arizona Republic.
Meanwhile, a large crowd of bill opponents has formed at the Capitol to protest the bill.

La Raza and the ACLU have plans to file papers against immediately following, according to open borders supporters.
John McCain is definitely involved in the behind scenes to push for amnesty.

But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

I understand that Russell Pearce has former staffers that now work with the Governor. Let us believe that she understands the merit and the vital need to protect Americans.
If another American is killed, as Mr. Krentz, and this legislation does not go forward, what will the Governor and others say? It has to pass, because illegal aliens, the smugglers, drug cartels, they are not going to stop killing and harming American citizens without serious measures to enforce and protect.
The border has got to be secured. Let Israel show our government how.

From the opposition:
Over the objections of the President of the United States, and a wide array of police, civil rights and religious groups and leaders, Governor Jan Bewer is expected to announce the signing of Russell Pearce's bigot bill SB 1070 at 1:30 p.m. today.
Brewer just called a press conference for that time at the Arizona Department of Transportation Human Resource Development Center on 22nd Avenue to "announce her decision on SB 1070."Only credentialed media are being allowed in.
Sources say the Governor's staff has been spooked by security concerns, which is why it's not taking place at the Governor's office at the Capitol.
