Opinions needed
I am thinking about having some business cards printed up and passing them out or placing them in "spots" in the general publics path. I travel all over the country so I have access along the way.
I thought if I keep the message on the card short and sweet, coupled with this site and perhaps Numberusa's names on the card that could bring attention to this issue and get more people involved.
Does this sound like a good idea? Or would people find those type of cards offensive, or just disreguard them altogether.
Part of believes that people who wish to get involved in a matter do so without being prompted.
Perhaps the card would state this:
Are you tired of seeing illegal immigration and it's effects on OUR country?
Are you concerned with YOUR food supply and it's processing?
Are YOU concerned with your tax monies being used to help facilitate illegal immigration? Are YOU concerned about the effects of illegal immigration on OUR schools, hospitals, and government agencies?
Check out AILPAC or Numbersusa to learn what you can do to help fight this problem.
Any suggestions?
TIA
Oh would AILPAC mind?

I like the Newt Gingrich quote:
"You cannot allow people to start their career in America by breaking the law because you break down the entire system of respect for the law"
you can add something like.....If you agree, check out Alipac or numbers or whatever...

Thanks cayla99,
I was hoping to get some input on the cost/time vs results. Would you pick up one those cards and take it home with you?
I do like the Newt quote, sorta eye catching.

[/b] I have a suggestion that kind of hits home...
" Remember The Alamo, Remember Golliad"
This was the Battle Cry of American forces in the Spanish/American War.
Then it was True, just as Today...Except you may Add: Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Las Vegas, Miami and Many more.
Our Battle Cry MUST be Heard Across America...
Because Our Battle Cry Falls On Deaf Ears In Washington...<div>MY eyes HAVE seen the GLORY... And that GLORY BELONGS to US... We the PEOPLE!</div>

I love the idea. I would definately pick up on of those cards. But like Cayla99 said, you are preachin to the choir here!.
I think a bunch of us should get together on this and pass them around so you don't have to do it alone!

I would mention the effects on jobs as well - even over-stayers are guilty of that. Our security is at risk - 911 was the direct result of illegals. Also, since it will be in print for "official" persuasion - it's should be spelled its when it doesn't mean "it is." Sorry - but you'll get more respect with proper language. Great idea though - I'll pass them out.
