    Is a border fence offensive?

A national political figure said the following: "I didn't like the fence. I don't think the fence can solve a problem. I find it rather offensive."

Who made this statement? You might guess that John McCain, Mike Huckabee, Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama made the statement. If you guessed any of those individuals as the answer to who made this statement, you would be wrong.

    Ron Paul made the statement.

I do not agree with Ron Paul that a border fence is offensive. I want the border fence built.

Ron Paul voted against the fence in 2005 before he voted for the fence in 2006. Now, in 2008, he says he finds the fence "rather offensive".

You've only posted this same crap a thousand times already and now you start a new thread about it?

I don't believe Ron Paul was having a senior moment.

I believe he spoke words that accurately reflect his beliefs.

Ron Paul doesn't like the idea of a border fence.

Ron Paul finds the notion of construction of a border fence to be rather offensive.

tancredofan, you have as much tact, finesse, personality, whatever, as a plastic spoon.

Its funny how the Romney supporters try to make Ron Paul supporters switch to their candidate by bashing the other, repeatedly, or by telling them a vote for this principled man is a waste.

You are pushing us further and further away from Romney and you are hurting the purpose of this forum.

We are in total agreement. I've been trying to keep from blowing up here as well. Odd isn't it that the Ron Paul supporter, "those obnoxious, name calling, lunatics" are the one who keep getting attacked here without doing any of that? I'm tired of it. Guess my first check to ALIPAC is my last check to ALIPAC. Pretty soon there won't be any difference between this board and MSNBC'S Gutcheck.

Hmm, it would seem that Ron Paul is a fence sitter on the issue of the border fence.
