    Why aren't we shutting down the Capital Switchboard?

    I just called and while I was on hold, I still got through. this needs to change.....

    we launched our callers yesterday. Will try to rally them more tomorrow when we can email blast again.

    Since we shut them down a few years back, they tremendously updated their phone system. Some have estimated that shutting it down now would not possible.
