    Law gives way to fear...

Vicente Fox is opposed to a border fence, and is still opposed to upholding the law in Nuevo Laredo. As Federal police are withdrawn, it can only mean more trouble for the US.

All part of Bush's plan....declare martial law because of the problems with Mexico, US invades/annexes Mexico.... and Canada will be forced to join in to complete the NAU
