Legal status of “anchor babies” in Mexico

Legal status of “anchor babies” in Mexico
If an illegals alien from Mexico returns to Mexico with a child born in the U.S. what is the legal status of the child in Mexico?
Is the child also a Mexican citizen being born to a Mexican citizen?
Is there any law in Mexico that prevent a Mexican citizen from bringing their U.S. born child into Mexico?

To the best of my knowledge there is no Mexican law that say a child born to a Mexican citizen in the US cannot return to Mexico, all the mother needs to do is record the birth and the child is then a Mexican citizen which gives the child dual citizenship.
