    PEOPLE WHO ARE ALSO IN THE ELITE GROUP.

    HENRY PAULSON just talked about globalization of fiances. What was the deal the other day when Bush was speaking with Tony Blair and talked like Blair was leaving office before Bush when in fact Bush is suppose to leave office before Tony Blair?
