Thread: ALIPAC Growing?

Is it usual for ALIPAC to be growing at this rate? Yesterday there were about 2,008 members. Today there are 2,065. It seemed like it was only a few months ago when there were around 1,200 members. Is this rate of membership about the way it's been, or is there some kind of surge in membership?

The numbers of people contributing, signing up as volunteers, signing up to post on the boards, and joining our e-mail alert list have been higher over the last week than ever before.

There is a huge backlash against the protests.

Right now, the phone is ringing so much that we are just trying to get everyone signed up for email alerts and as contributors and volunteers so we can organize everything that is coming in.

I've been running my mouth for years, now my listners are starting to speak up. Keep the daisy chain going! Tell people to pass on the information, don't just send it to them. Motivate your friends to do something. Tell them to call, tell them to fly their flags, tell them to wear red, white and blue, tell them to take polls, tell them... Now is not the time to be passive, you know how to do it so share your skills with others.

William remember 16 months ago, glad they finally are showing up, then I was hoping to see that 100th person on the boards

I sought out this community yesterday and joined for the purpose of discussing my ideas with like minds.

I suspect there will continue to be increased membership over the next few months.

It would be a very good idea to prepare for such increases in membership (securing bandwidth, making the site more user friendly, providing ALIPAC ad banners for site members to post on their personal webpages and blogs, etc.)

Sure is nice to see the reinforcements

It's now 2,071. That means that pretty soon it will be 100 new members in just one day. If this were the normal trend, we would have 3,000 new members a month. 100 x 30 days in a month. This is not the case, which means that there is a sudden explosion in our membership. This is a great sign. We need to keep spreading the word. We need to advertise somehow. This sudden surge in membership is obviously only through word of mouth. Could you imagine the membership we would receive if we advertised somehow?

Lets hope that the immigration issue has hit a nerve so bad and deep that it will last for generations.
Lets hope apathy won't rule same time next year and all this talk wont be just that, TALK!

This is a VERY SERIOUS problem that should never catch us of guard again!
