Hmmmm, I found out differently the other night.
Therefore, I'll take the LOCALs word for it.
After all, they're in the thick of the battle and they're the ones that count.
So please let's not water this important information down. If it can give
LOCAL gov. bodies a lifeline, it's golden.

As you might notice, I'm not speaking of the Feds.

I'm referring to LOCAL & STATE.

Especially LOCAL.

I agree 2nd. My youngest is 3, and he is never out of my sight/ reach. He can get hurt or into trouble in a split second. I don't even let him out in the yard without me. I can't believe this kid was riding a bike alone.

I agree with MW. The parents are probably illegal too, thus the sympathy for the offender.

Dix and I ran through some laws and we've found some VERY INTERESTING stuff!! Apparently, there are laws that allow local & state entities to work this ILLEGAL problem and they're not being used!!!!

Local law enforcement are being trained by the Border Patrol and ICE all over the country, just for this purpose.
