We may still gain a seat or two since there are a few seats still to close to call or at least there was on Mon.
NY-01 was first called for the Dem encumbant Tom Bishop until it was discovered 3,400 votes were called in for him but were for Repub challenger Randy Altshueler instead. ??
NY-24 Repub Ann Marie Buerkle was ahead of Incumbant Maffei by a slim margine.
TX-27 Dem incumbant Ortiz has called for a recount.
At least 5 other races were still in play across the country as of Mon.
CA - 11 Repub Challenger McNerney was slightly ahead.
