We will be discussing legislation soon to be introduced in the House mandating the federal E-Verify program for most or all U.S. employers.

Joining us will be a representative from U.S. CIS, who will give a presentation on how E-Verify is working now – how many employers are using it, how accurate the system is, what employers responded on a recent customer satisfaction survey. A second presenter, from the business community in Washington, will talk about the unfolding politics on Capitol Hill – when do we expect to see legislation, what do we think will be in it, what is business working to get included in the bill?
