    1:50 pm - They are back now.

    According to reports, for the first time in Senate History, a senator will testify against a senator for a Cabinet position. Senator Cory Booker (Democrat) will testify against Senator Sessions.

    Senator Tim Scott (Republican) is voicing support for Senator Sessions. Senator Scott and Senator Booker are the two black members of the Senate.
