Does anyone know of a link to a list of the co-sponsors for the McCain/Kennedy amnesty for illegal aliens legislation?

I'll find one for us...be right back. I think AcidRain's link that he has in another forum will give us that information. I'll check it out and post it here for everyone.

There are ONLY 5 sponsors. Notice that on HR 1986, the one AcidRain found that authorizes military action on the borders, there were 37 co-sponsors.

When you open the above link, look for the blue highlights that says Co-Sponsors.

You'll see the names: John McCain-Arizona-SPONSOR; Co-Sponsors Sam Brownback-Kansas; Ted Kennedy-Massachusetts; Ken Salazar-Colorado; Lindsey Graham-South Carolina; Joe Lieberman-Connecticut.

McCain and Brownback both want to run for the Republican presidential nomination in 2008. I hope primary voters will remember their support for amnesty for illegal aliens when they vote. I will be very interested to see whether Frist, Hagel and Allen will support this amnesty plan in the United States Senate.

The reason I ask is I believe this number is understated. There are, for example, already 7,200,000 illegal alien households that filed tax returns in April of 2005 according to the New York Daily News who got the information from the Social Security Administration.

A household of illegal aliens = how many people??

Plus, there are all the illegal aliens working under the radar for cash that file no tax return at all.

Plus, there are all the illegal aliens involved in criminal activity, that have not yet been "caught" and prosecuted who by law would be free of any criminal record, even though they are dangerous criminals, no one can prove it...so they'll be processed as "clean record" folks.

I've been trying to determine the actual number of illegal aliens in the country now. Hannity stated that Border Patrol told him that five million get in every year!! That's about 1,000,000 more every quarter or every three months. This number of illegal aliens is growing just about as fact as our National Debt. Maybe we need one of those signs at Times Square that shows the National Debt Rising by the Minute to also show the Number of Illegal Aliens Rising by the Minute.

Maybe then, people will connect the dots....

Illegal Aliens = National Debt!!

If Sam Brownback or John McCain get the nomination in 2008, I'm going to seriously vomit.

The McCain-Kennedy Amnesty Plan has got to be stopped. I know everybody has their favorite angles that they're working, but we've got to put some of that stuff aside and make this one our Number One Priority for the time being. For if this travesty passes, its all over. Finished. We're done. This is the battlefield. This is where the line will be drawn. We have to make a statement right here. We not only have to stop this bill, we have to CRUSH this bill. We need to compile a list of addresses of every politician and media outlet that even DARES to support "amnesty" in any shape or form. And they have to feel our wrath, every day, until the day that this bill is permanently crushed into the scrapheap of history. We have to let our politicians know that 80% of the people are against this bill, and if they support it, their careers are OVER. Period. For we will have a LONG memory on this one.
