What would be process to recall a Sentor?
I am curious. It keeps going through my mind, but I don't what the process would be. Does it require petion presented to the Office of the Secretary of State for their state. Does it involve a special election?

It would require a miracle.
It's like hell vomited and the Bush administration appeared.

I had asked about Senators being thrown out of office too.
I read, in the law realm, that if a public, elected official, neglected to protect the "rights" of the American People, they could be ejected from their seats. Preferably high, wide, and out of our space.
Therefore, public officials take oaths and if they fail to abide by them, there is a way to get them out.
Doesn't Alipac know how? Isn't there someone on here who knows the laws concerning this? Perhaps I read it in the Bill Of Rights. They do apply to us everyone!!! We have now been violated beyond the pale!

From a story on the 2001 "Recall McCain" campaign:
The future of the recall effort is uncertain on several counts.
Garnering public support for the recall won't be the only challenge for McCain's foes. There are also some procedural difficulties, due to some contradictory language in the state constitution about how the recall process must work.
There could be a federal problem, as well, according to Carlson, because it is unclear whether a state can remove a U.S. Senator under these circumstances. It's like hell vomited and the Bush administration appeared.

State by state basis
This is not a federal law. Recall process is in state laws and not all states have this law. But I would be thrilled to see recalls started where it is law. I would do it in my state but both my Senators voted no
