Vote Paul, Romney, Hunter, Tancredo or Thompson

John McCain is going to be the GOP nominee for president. It has been very apparent for a long time that the only reasons Mike Huckabee was in this race was to help John McCain and gain a vice-presidential nomination. No matter how many votes Mike Huckabee achieves in the remaining GOP contests, I do not believe John McCain will name select him for the vice-presidential nomination. McCain will throw him under the bus when the time is right. All of Huckabee's scheming will in the end get him nothing. He will have helped kill the candidacy of Mitt Romney for John McCain, but will get nothing from his feloo pro-amnesty candidate to show for it.

I do hope, though, that those who live in states that have not yet voted who supported candidates other than McCain and Huckabee wil still vote for their candidate in any remaining GOP primaries or caucuses. Some states, such as West Virginia, award delegates at both a state convention and in a primary. It would be nice for the media to see candidates other than McCain and Huckabee continuing to receive votes.

I heard Huckabee is only staying in the race until he gets more delegates than Romney. What a tool.

I am going to write in Romney's name.

Here is what I think is HILARIOUS regarding Huckabee........Yes, he obviously worked with McCain to bring Romney down, thinking that he was going to get a VP position. However, most who analyze politics, say that there is NO way that McCain will pick Huckabee if he wants "any" hope of winning some voters to support him. They say that McCain will have to pick a VERY strong conservative to run with him---in order to have any chance whatsoever.

Therefore, Huckabee had a better chance at VP----if he would've tried to work something out with Romney!!!

Huckabee claimed this morning that he and McCain have run a "noble" campaign.

What a joke. Huckabee made anti-Mormon comments and McCain repeatedly, and knowingly, lied to the nation claiming that Romney supported a timetable for getting out of Iraq.

    Nothing "noble" about this Huckaphony.

Huckabee is a deceitful arrogant man. He purposely set out (with the blessings of the McCain group) to force Romney out. The naive fools that voted for him handed us a nightmare in my opinion. For being a "God fearing man" he certainly showed an evil side. Beside I think he just didn't like a Mormon running. My opinion.

My mother said that Hucksterbee should have been the one to drop out of the presidential race, not Romney. Hucksterbee just makes her SICK, she says.

You can guarantee, that he definitely used the "Mormon" thing whenever he was campaigning in private among evangelical groups/churches.

I agree, he is a sleazy man.

Look when he first released that statement about Mormons believing that Satan and Jesus were brothers-----that was an INTENTIONAL LIE and a personal attack against Romney. Yet, he was continually saying that Romney was attacking him.

Texas has our primary March 4. I looked at the ballot for the presidential race and I will be voting for Duncan Hunter. If Romney were still in, I would vote for him but since he isn't, I will vote for my 1st choice. No way will I vote for McCain or Huckabee.
