Microsoft founder Bill Gates testifies in front of the Senate Labor Committee today on business competitiveness. Gates will discuss why he thinks our country doesn't produce enough computer scientists and engineers. He plans to push for allowing more foreign high tech workers into this country to take American jobs. We'll have a special report.
