for some reason this just popped in my mind ... remember when congress was going to increase the budget less than expected for school lunches and they called that a cut?

Can't remember the numbers now but lets say they called for a 10% increase but then decided to just increase it 8 % ..... ah they were all over that saying they were going to cut school lunches.

Ok well anyway have no idea where that came from
