Tonight, The War on the Middle Class continues unabated: Wages
are falling, yet prices on everything from housing and gasoline
to food and medical care are rising. How does this impact the
American middle-class family? We’ll have a full report tonight.


Protests erupted across Los Angeles this weekend, as supporters
of illegal aliens took to the streets in an attempt to promote
their amnesty agenda. Meanwhile, supporters of border security
and anarchist groups clashed in the streets. We’ll report on
the heated protests in Los Angeles.

The Amnesty Agenda: Florida Congressman Lincoln Diaz-Balart is
calling on President Bush to grant temporary legal status to
Venezuelan illegal aliens living in the United States.
Congressman Balart says America needs to protect Venezuelans
fleeing Hugo Chavez’s dictatorship. We’ll bring you that story
tonight.

A trade agenda that would unite the United States, Mexico, and
Canada has states across the country up in arms. Fourteen
states are fighting the plan, saying it threatens U.S.
sovereignty and American security. We’ll have a report on which
states are doing to stop the Security and Prosperity
Partnership.

Former U.S. attorney Bud Cummins is speaking out on why he
thinks U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales fired him along
with seven other U.S. prosecutors. The former federal
prosecutor joins us this evening.
