Luis Gutierrez demagogues Agriprocessors raid
Luis Gutierrez demagogues Agriprocessors raid, accuses DOJ of lying (Joe Baca, Albio Sires, Jens Manuel Krogstad)
Jens Manuel Krogstad of the Waterloo/Cedar Falls Courier offers the inaccurate "Hispanic congressmen gather information in Postville" (link), informing us that Reps. Luis Gutierrez, Joe Baca, and Albio Sires visited that city for a meeting at St. Bridget’s Catholic Church to discuss the Agriprocessors raid.
We're told that Baca "wiped tears from his eyes" as he heard tales from relatives of those involved in the raid.
Then, we get to the inaccurate part:
In an unprecedented move by the Department of Justice and Immigration and Customs Enforcement, more than 300 of the 390 people arrested in the raid were convicted of aggravated criminal identity theft under a plea deal.
During congressional testimony on Thursday, the plea deal was criticized as so coercive that it violated the due process rights of the immigrant workers.
An aggravated identity theft charge usually requires a person to knowingly steal someone else's identity, or intent to use a person's identity for personal gain, such as to run up credit.
Gutierrez argued the immigrants, many of them illiterate, could not have been guilty of the crime.

Needless to say, the actual facts mean little to a vile supporter of illegal activity like Gutierrez:
"Illegal immigration is not an aggravted felony," Gutierrez said. "What they did here in Postville is unprecedented."
The Illinois Congressmen took particular exception to the Justice Department not allowing the arrested workers immediate access to immigration attorneys. After the raid, criminal lawyers were allowed to visit with their clients, but a handful of immigration attorneys were turned away.
"The Department of Justice came to us to tell us personally this process was done in compliance with the law," Gutierrez said. "I don't believe them. They're lying to us, they’re lying to you, and we need to find the truth."Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Cry for our people Joe Baca!
I'd like to know how many times Joe Baca cried for the poor citizens of the United States being aken over by Mexico's "third world thug Socialist government".
Cry Joe Baca, for our soldiers whose future has been stole from them by people that poop in our food because they have scape goated the American people who are supporting their sorry butts
Cry Joe Baca, for our country that now has to fight MS-13, drug cartels, TB, Leprosy, Changna....our jobs being taken by greddy employers who feed even greedier politicans.
Cry for our precious America as the founders of the North American Union and it's corporate evil twin...seek to destroy us and feed us to the corporate slime bucketts.
Yes, cry for America and while your at it...stand up for America! Deport, Attrition and Enforce!

For reference, have a look at the district map for Guti's district:

Only a municipality such as Chicago could produce such an abomination.

"Illegal immigration is not an aggravted felony," Gutierrez said. "What they did here in Postville is unprecedented."
Damned right it's unprecedented and that's what's eating you up most isn't it Gutierrez? It's tearing you and your ilk up that this was something you never expected, could not have predicted in a million years, that IAs would actually be charged with identity theft.
You all just can't stand it.......and quite frankly, I find that funny.
The Illinois Congressmen took particular exception to the Justice Department not allowing the arrested workers immediate access to immigration attorneys. After the raid, criminal lawyers were allowed to visit with their clients, but a handful of immigration attorneys were turned away.
And why are criminals in need of immigration attorneys? These were not people arrested and primarily charged with immigration violations. These were criminals arrested and charged with criminal offenses.
As such, they received representation by criminal lawyers and that's all they needed. Their rights were not violated, they were not denied due process.
It must pain the IAs and their advocates greatly to know that they are no longer going to be able to get away with their past conduct and tactics.
"The Department of Justice came to us to tell us personally this process was done in compliance with the law," Gutierrez said. "I don't believe them. They're lying to us, they’re lying to you, and we need to find the truth."
Where was this not done in compliance with the law?
In this country, every single day, we see the authorities raid locations where there is criminal activity going on where multiple suspects are taken into custody.
That's all that happened at Agriprocessors. Perhaps he can explain where.....except for being of much larger scale.....what happened there was any different from the neighborhood crack house or meth lab?
The truth is already out there Gutierrez........hundreds of IA criminals guilty of identity theft were busted, prosecuted, and are now paying the price for their actions.
You could add gloss to that lipsticked pig and it wouldn't change the facts so please, stop with all of your weeping, wailing, and carrying on. You're an embarassment.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

IMO, Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) is probably the most disingenuous illegal immigrant advocate in the U.S. Congress. That's quite a 'dishonor' considering the large number of "disingenuous" illegal alien advocates in the Congress.
