    ELE, if you want to know what "teabagging" means, it derives mostly from an independent film called "Pecker." It's when the scrotum is placed upon the head or face of another person.     Had not even seen or used a VCR till I was 19, and had no idea what "cable tv" was all about till about 25 (42 now), and CERTAINLY did not know what "that" (tea-bagging) was, till now.
