DES MOINES, Iowa -- Court records show details of why a manager at a meatpacking in Marshalltown was charged with aiding illegal immigrants this week.


According to records, immigration officials recorded Christopher Lamb as he coached an illegal immigrant on how to apply for a job using a fake name and documents.


Lamb is a human resources manager for Swift and Co., which had 20 people arrested this week by federal agents at plants across the country.

It was part of the ongoing investigation into identity theft and illegal employment of workers. Lamb is among four arrested at the Marshalltown plant Tuesday.

Why this one out of 100,000 other mangers who do this?

Show no mercy. He better get a Federal sentence. It can be done to Ken Lay and Martha Stewart then it's good enough for an illegal hiring meat packer manager.

Prison time.... for as long as the law permits for him, his supervisor and his supervisor.... Matter of fact, all SWIFT plants need to be closed down until they can comply with the FEDERAL LAW. Lord help me...... stuff like this put's fire in my viens ... no issue, and I mean no issue has burnt my back side like the illegal immigration issue ... hmmm, should I just sit back until my social security number is used by a criminal to get a job .... should I turn the other cheek as I watch little girls get raped by an illegal alien child molestor ... do I turn a blind eye to the DUI illegal as he plows his car into a mini van packed with a mom and kids coming back from the park ... do I shout at the top of my lungs as I pay higher taxes to support the illegal alien family with 6 kids, but cannot afford to have one of my own ... do I just fall asleep in the emergency room as I wait 12 hours because of the back log of immigrants waiting for free health care ... what about my car that was hit by an illegal and takes off because of fear of deportation ... do I just get used to the higher rates because I am required to have insurance "It's the law" and lord knows I'll get pounded if I break it ... you people need to get motivated ... why do you wait until it happens to you or a family member ... then you have no one to blame but yourself ... then it's too late "Mox Nix" it doesnt matter

Neither do I. I'm also boycotting CA wines even though I live here. I'm using German and Aussie wines.
