Maybe I'm an Idiot ?
Don't elected officials take ( basically the same one I took as a young man headed off to the Nam) an oath, something about" defending the constitution ( nation)?) against all enemies, foriegn or domestic" ??
How can they ignore laws that are on the books , federal or state and order the police not enforce laws?? It shouldn't matter weather they agree with the law or not, aren't the "DUTY BOUND" to enforce them ? If they don't agree with the particular law, then they should work to change that law and be answerable to the voters?? or am I niave?? I love my country, fought for it once and am more than willing to fight again if need be! How the hell are our "elected" officiales getting away with this and is there nothing that the people can do??

Personally, I believe that they (most) could care less about swearing onto Gods' word as written text in the Bible to protect and defend our constitution; therefore, I believe that they have no fear or belief in his powers over us nor have any belief in Him. I take my oath seriously; but, they obviously do not. They fear no consequences of going against the will and instruction of We the People for our once great country! I fear that the line is being drawn and may soon be crossed.
The price paid for our freedom should never be forgotten!

Were all idiots, we keep voting them back in, why because some think party lines, or they promise you things you believe they will do, but lie etc...I can't figure out why doing the same thing over and over again any one would think you will get a different results...I say over and over again keep voting them out continuously until they get it right..question them over and over again and let them know you are paying attention...we can't afford to be apathetic....but sadly we keep repeating the same mistakes.
