It's so transparent that McCain is trying to change the subject from the economy (where he is weak and admits he is uninformed) to Iraq, his perceived strength -- where he is grasping and lying about Romney's position.

I hope Romney hits him back hard today.

McCain is on record for saying, basically, that the economy is not his strong suit...it's the War where he excels and that radical islamic terrorism is the number one threat to this country. He has intimated that he will have plenty of advisors or the economy...Jack Kemp, blah, blah, blah....and he said that HE IS CURRENTLY READING GREENSPAN'S BOOK!

GREENSPAN'S BOOK???? He doesn't even realize that it was Greenspan and the Feds who got us in the mess we are in today! Loose credit, no oversight by the Fed regulators...and it was Greenspan who said that the 5 yr ARMS were a better deal than the old 30 yr FIXED rate!

    God help us all!

One more thing...if McCain and the rest of the Globalists can't connect the dots between the insourcing of cheap, illegal labor and the outsourcing of American jobs... to the sinking US economy and massive trade deficits...what hope is there? The middle class is going to go the way of the dinosaurs.

Illegals are like termites that eat away at the foundation of our homes. Illegals are a large part of why our economy if failing and how people cannot realize that, they are just blind.

You can point back to illegals on every weakness we have in our country other than the war.

I think Romney should've asked McCain about
the amnesty bill in the debate. Asked him if he
would sign such bill if passed.

McCain was asked by Russert on MTP if he was prez, would he sign the amnesty bill that he had pushed, and McCain said "yeah" before he quickly moved on and tried to downplay this.

Most in the media have characterized this as "masterful strategy". Only McCain could get away with such outrageousness.

McCain supporters should be a lot more alarmed by his temperament and propensity for fact distortion than they are. If ever there was a huge red flag whipping in the wind, here it is.
