Thread: Media Brainwashing - VISITORS PLEASE READ

As I am sure you are aware, the media has begun their pre-election brain washing. This is where they put forth those nominees THEY want. It is always 2 or 3 from each party and as it gets closer to the actual voting, they narrow it down to one in each party.

Finally, in the fall election, they really go to work convincing the unsuspecting public to vote for the ONE person they want to win. This is done by saying so and so is so many poiints ahead, using polls by the dozen, mentioning his name every 5 minutes of the day, etc. If at all possible, they drag out some piece of gossip to make the one they don't want look bad to the voters.

How many times in my 66 years have I heard someone say....."I read in the paper, I heard on the radio, I saw on TV, I read in Time or Newsweek, etc., that so and so doesn't have a chance, so I may as well vote for the most popular guy.....at least my vote won't be lost.

This practice is a national disgrace.

For this election they have picked Slick MItt, Needs-to-Retire McCain, Flip-Flop Guiliani, Hypocrit Hillary and Barking Obama. (EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM FOR AMNESTY.)

Now, we all know the media is owned by corporations.......corporations also own the politicians! They line their pockets for campaigns and then they call in their favors when in office. Right now, the corporations/business are screaming for CHEAP LABOR.

As for the democrats, they are hispandering! If they can get amnesty through congress, they WILL take credit for it, and the 20,000,000 illegals and the 40-50 million that follow in chain immigration ,will vote for them. Out of gratitude if not plain stupidity. And hell will freeze over before the republicans gain control of the government again. They are slitting their own throats. (And by the way, I AM a republican.)

As I study the media, I see they are slowly knifing Guiliani in the back, and they know McCain doesn't stand a snowballs chance you know where. It is very plain that they want Slick Mitt as the next president.

But wait. What about Tom Tancredo and Ron Paul? Here are two people against amnesty.

Ron Paul is against it, and has been against the Iraq war from day one. And OMG, the man believes in the U.S.Constitution!! And horror of horrors, the man, unlike MOST politicians isn't a liar. Even though he won the MSNBC poll after the debate, and he is the talk of the country on hundreds of blogs, the media doesn't want to talk about him, because he won't pander to the corporations!!!

There are 90 cities/towns or counties right now working on ordnances AGAINST the illegals. FARMERS BRANCH, TEXAS just passed an ordinance VOTED on by the residents and it passed with 68% of the vote. The state OKLAHOMA just passed a law against illegals.

So the question is, do we allow the federal politicians to sell America down the river to Mexico? Or do we fight?
