RNC Message on Ramadan

WASHINGTON – Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Reince Priebus and Co-Chairman Sharon Day released the following message on Ramadan:
“With the appearance of the crescent moon, Muslim families across the nation mark the beginning of Ramadan,” said Chairman Priebus. “As millions of Americans participate in this holy month of fasting, they will grow in their faith and strengthen the bonds within their families.
“In between Suhoor and Iftar, Muslims everywhere not only fast, but also place a special emphasis on charity and helping the less fortunate. All Americans, regardless of their faiths, can take time today and during this month to reflect on the importance of strong faith and strong communities.”
“Muslims across the globe spend Ramadan honoring and studying their religion,” said Co-Chairman Day. “We recognize our Muslim American communities this month and are especially mindful of the many ways they enrich our country and culture with their faith, customs and traditions. We wish all who are fasting a blessed Ramadan.”

Really? After everything the Muslims have done to this country, this is what they say to the Muslims?
Barack Obama had his say also:

Greeting Muslims on the occasion of the start of the holy month of Ramadan, US President Barack Obama today said this month reminds that freedom, dignity and opportunity are the undeniable rights of all mankind.
"For the world's 1.5 billion Muslims, Ramadan is a time for thoughtful reflection, fasting and devotion," Obama said in a statement issued on the eve of Ramadan. "It is also an opportunity for family and friends to come together and celebrate the principles that bind people of different faiths - a commitment to peace, justice, equality and compassion towards our fellow human beings. These bonds are far stronger than the differences that too often drive us apart," he said.
"This month also reminds us that freedom, dignity and opportunity are the undeniable rights of all mankind. We reflect on these universal values at a time when many citizens across the Middle East and North Africa continue to strive for these basic rights and as millions of refugees mark Ramadan far from their homes," Obama said.
The US stands with those who are working to build a world where all people can write their own future and practice their faith freely, without fear of violence, said Obama, as he along with the First Lady extend the best wishes to Muslim communities here in the United States and around the world.
The fasting month would begin from tomorrow in US as the moon marking the beginning of the Ramadan was not sighted anywhere in the world yesterday.
"In the US, Ramadan is a reminder that millions of Muslim Americans enrich our nation each day-serving in our government, leading scientific breakthroughs, generating jobs and caring for our neighbors in need," he said.
"I have been honored to host an iftar dinner at the White House each of the past four years, and this year I look forward to welcoming Muslim Americans who are contributing to our country as entrepreneurs, activists and artists," he said. "I wish Muslims across America and around the world a month blessed with the joys of family, peace and understanding. Ramadan Kareem," Obama said.

How about the happenings in Egypt? Obama's hood known as the Muslim BrotherHOOD?
Obama insists that he is NOT taking sides. Except that he is. “I now call on the Egyptian military to move quickly and responsibly to return full authority back to the democratically elected civilian government as soon as possible through an inclusive and transparent process, and to avoid any arbitrary arrests of President Morsi and his supporters.”
