He said correct. He then said that the illegal may apply for a secured card. I said you mean put so much down and you will receive that much in a credit limit. He said yes. I then asked if there was a minimum. He said NO. I asked about checking too. No identity requirements or minimum.

What a deal. This is utter nonsense. Americans are having to prove who they are, where they work, how much they make, etc. and sign things saying they are telling the truth and this foolishness is allowed to go on within an organization that bears the name "BANK OF AMERICA."

Let's see is we can SHUT THEM DOWN or cripple them financially.

What is happening in the United States?

A commercial to expose them and their going ons is just the thing that will make them at least pause and think.

CALL, EMAIL, FAX TO THE BANK OF SOMEWHERE ELSE, BUT IT IS NOT AMERICA

This sounds like a great law suit for discrimination against the American citizen.

I had read on one of these sites that some of these banks made non qualifing loans to illegals on home morgages . Now they are in default .

Anyone else hear this ?

Sure then they will want the American citizen to bail them out. They made loans let them eat them. Bank somewhere is even your mattress. LOL
I wouldn't be surprised if some of their better off clients who left the BofA now have money off shore.
