Mexican Congressmen reject virtual border security.

    http://mx.news.yahoo.com/s/19072007/7/m ... ntera.html

Mexico, 19 Jul (Notimex).- The fraction of the PRI in the Permanent Commission asked the Executive power that all should be opposed to the so called "Project 28" that will be set in motion in the border with United States to detect, with systems of high technology, to the detect migrants.

Besides, it asked that the secretary of Foreign Affairs, Patrician Espinoza, appear, so that he can evaluate the reach and impact of this project and he expose the actions that will undertake the Mexican government.

In interview, the legislator José Murat said that the chancellor should explain himself why he has not acted with energy to stop the construction of the frontier wall and to try to reach an agreement that guarantee the respect to the rights of the migrant Mexicans.

He affirmed that the relations Mexico-United States "live themselves in a paradoxical process of economic approach and of political and social distrust".

Murat Casab added that "the failure of the migratory initiative and the reinforcement of the control in the north border, are the corollary of the failure to meet up and a sample of how the very bad foreign policy has permitted very serious unilateral actions".

The "Project 28" consists of implementing high technology of satellite information, mobile bases and towers with television cameras and sensors of heat to detect and to intercept efficiently the presence of illegal, to a cost of a million dollars by unit, indicated.

It notified that to be put in practice, "there would bea need to evaluate what will happen with the settlement in our border cities of thousands of illegals that cannot cross, the increase of violations to their human rights and the money shipments decrease to the Mexican families in diverse regions".

Tell ya what mexican congressman, FIX YOUR OWN DAMN COUNTRY and stay out of our business.

Is it any wonder why the mexican government is freaking out when right now their second highest GDP is money sent home by illegals. We all know the dollar figures, and believe me, they are not going to let go of those $20-$40 billion dollars so easily.

I love this one, once again, no respect for the US, it's citizens or our laws.
It's all about what and how it will affect ONLY them.

"there would be a need to evaluate what will happen with the settlement in our border cities of thousands of illegals that cannot cross, the increase of violations to their human rights and the money shipments decrease to the Mexican families in diverse regions".

What freaking rights they have no rights here .
I would hate to see Mexico become a super power.
You think Hitler was bad. Can you see the arrogant ways they try to say that they have rights to breaking in to our country – what we need to do is give Mexico to Argentina? See if we wanted to we could. I will be so happy when we have a President that will take off the gloves of American military and let them fight when needed like they were trained to do I wounder how many American men and woman have been killed in action just because the now government dose not want to offend anyone – Makes me sick

    Mexico, go pound sand!

Cross our borders and we will get you a humane ride back to your home country, and you better not come back!

What right does Mexican Congressmen have to reject our border security? A foreign government is not suppose to interfere with our government policies. If Bush doesn't go shortly and we elect someone who believes in American border security, Mexico is going to invade us completely.

You know, the Mexican government sticking their noses into U.S. business is MIGHTY DAMN IRRITATING.

Mexicans consider most of the US to be stolen from Mexico. As far as they're concerned it's their territory, their land. We're the invaders not them.

We've all heard the rhetoric they spew on this topic and have all seen it disproved from every angle. They don't care, though - if you point out how wrong they are you're a racist. It's not about right and wrong - it's about what they want and the fact that they know they can come here and get it. It all comes back to enforcing the laws. Once we do that, they'll have nothing to gain by being here and will leave. It's happened in the past and happens in the microscopic level (city by city) today.

It's kind of like a burglar saying, "How dare you lock your door so I can't get in to rob you!"

Mexico, back off and stay out of our business!
