Mexican official: We'll take migrants rights issue to UN

Mexican official: We'll take migrants rights issue to UN

    Updated 5:38 pm, Tuesday, February 28, 2017

MEXICO CITY (AP) — Mexico's top diplomat said Tuesday that his country "will not hesitate" to take the issue of migrant rights to the United Nations high commissioner for human rights if the U.S. government violates their rights.

Foreign Relations Secretary Luis Videgaray said Mexico has already held a working meeting with the U.N. office.

U.S. President Donald Trump has pledged to step up deportations, and some activists say U.S. agents are violating migrants' rights to due process.

Videgaray stressed to Mexico's Senate that he has told U.S. officials that Mexico will not accept deportees from third countries. A U.S. security policy statement had raised the possibility that non-Mexicans could be returned to Mexico if they entered the U.S. from that country.

"Mexico will not, and has no reason to, accept deportees from the United States who aren't Mexicans. We have made that clear to out counterparts," Videgaray said, referring to last week's visit to Mexico by the U.S. secretaries of state and homeland security.

Videgaray said Mexico wants an "integrated" negotiation with the United States, including topics like trade, migration, security and other topics.
"All the issues are on the table, simultaneously," he said.

Illegals have no rights, except to be treated humanely until they can be returned - and that to be done quickly

Perhaps the American people should take their case to the UN.

Maybe its time the UN give the US back our money to take care of the illegals. I am sure we can come up with a receipt showing how many billions it is costing the U.S. The U.N. is outdated and has become useless. If they really cared there would of been a safe zone set up for immigrants leaving countries occupied by terrorist. So they could of stayed in their own country. This all could of been avoided now they are spread all over the world creating havock.

Yeah, Mexico is really wanting to cooperate and solve problems they started aren't they? Funny. Sure, go ahead, show the world what a bunch of whiners, losers and parasites you are. You sit down there abusing your own people, let criminal vicious violent drug cartels run your government, and you want to tell the UN about the mean ole United States??!!! Oh puleeze, have at it. In fact, please do it. Members of the United Nations need a refresher course on the United States anyway, and it's time we give them one.

Exactly, take Mexico to the UN for trying to undermine and secretly destroy the U.S. Government by purposely trying to collapse our judicial court system, intentionally pushing drugs into our country to poison the American people on a massive scale - genocide and assisting migrants to illegally enter the U.S. To commit massive financial fraud.
