Hey, we got a different cock n' bull story. Seem ERCOT (Electric Reliability Council of Texas), which was created to bring down our utility rates (that never happened), was to blame. ERCOT says a pipe burst due to the cold and shut down a power plant. Texas law makers are asking for an investigation.
