Mexico is at war with us and we don’t know it. Military should be on the border to stop this. A 1 lb projectile thrown at border agents is a deadly weapon and a 1 lb rock rigged with explosives thrown at agents and to star fires could be seen as an act of war. The deadly force should be met by our military on the border to stop anyone. Illegals, smugglers of drugs and humans.
It is dereliction of duty that our government has not effectively closed our border.
Those very people who are so brutally attacking our agents and getting across are the ones we want to give legal status to and a path to citizenship. Those are not just hard working people who just want a better life, they are criminals and when they enter they continue to break our laws and some of us become victims of their criminal activity. Those victims should be able to file class action suits against our government for not enforcing our immigration laws. Illegals do and they collect millions.

Molotov Cocktails, Rocks Thrown At Border Patrol- Fires Set By Arsonists Two Vicious Criminals Caught Along Southern Border
By Digger

Arsonists from Mexico are setting fires in Arizona. Illegal aliens are running from Border Patrol Agents and then, once on Mexican soil, turning around to throw rocks and Molotov cocktails at them. Illegal aliens with lengthy criminal histories are being caught and using our medical facilities for free. These are just a few of the items mentioned in this story below from Yuma, Arizona.
A wheat field was set ablaze by arsonists. This cost the taxpayers of the United States and the local government even more money on top of the already gross amounts of taxpayers monies spent on illegal aliens already here.
It's a damn shame we treat our Border Patrol Agents as we do. Allowing them to have to face this day after day rather than building a double layer, 30 foot tall border fence - as mandated by the US Congress - which would take an NFL quarterback all of his strength to clear both with a fire bomb.
In addition to the ridiculous border situation and fires are those who get caught, which reminds us that there are many that don't get caught who are like these two fine upstanding "undocumented" gentlemen.
An illegal alien claiming to be a legal resident who was then found to have a criminal record including felony domestic violence, assault, criminal damage, possession of controlled substances, failure to appear and also smuggling charges for trying to sneak a hidden illegal alien into the country while having a concealed handgun. The Border Patrol also rescued "a man" from the All American Canal. He was given free medical care at the Yuma Regional Medical Center upon request. More taxpayer monies wasted. What did they find when they ran a records check on this poor illegal alien in the canal? Seven previous deportations, rape, burglary, robbery, disorderly conduct, battery, parole violations and failure to register as a sex offender.Yes, these are only the ones being caught. Now who's that guy picking your lettuce? Is he a nice happy guy looking for a job or is he a closet rapist with a murder conviction and sexual assault of a minor charges that nobody knows about?
Some would say we need to bring them "out of the shadows", I say don't let them get into the sunshine and slip into the darkness in the first place.

Yuma area Border Patrol agents had their hands full Monday morning with rock and firebomb throwers, including an arsonist who started a fire in a wheat field, the patrol said. No agents were injured in any of the incidents that occurred near the U.S. Port of Entry at San Luis, Ariz., the patrol said, and the city's fire department put out the fire before it could spread.
The first incident occurred at 1:20 a.m. about a half-mile east of the port, when agents encountered a group of five suspected illegal immigrants, who turned around and headed back to Mexico when they saw the agents. Once across the border, they began throwing rocks at the agents, who withdrew to a safe distance and contacted Mexican authorities, according to a Border Patrol news release.
Ten minutes later, an agent saw a Molotov cocktail being thrown from Mexico over the international boundary fence about a mile west of the port of entry. It landed about 30 yards from the agent’s truck and burned out. Then, several people in Mexico threw rocks directly at the agent, who drove to a safe location behind the secondary fence and contacted Mexican authorities, the release said.
At 3 a.m., an agent observed the fire burning in the agricultural fields west of San Luis and near County 23rd Street. The San Luis Fire Department was called and extinguished the fire, which was limited to a wheat field.
The patrol believes the fire was set to disrupt Border Patrol operations. The agent followed two individuals' footprints from the site of the fire back toward Mexico, according to the release.
