Effects of illegal immigration in America 2010 ADD ON

I previously wrote on the Effects of Illegal Immigration in America 2010. I got good reviews from it, I wish more would have seen it, but I can’t complain. I explained to everyone the facts, and figures of how illegal immigration is ruining this great nation of ours. Now that we have identified the problems of illegal immigration what shall we do? There can be many ways, and plans implemented into dealing with these issues. But when it comes down to it one thing remains a constant. And that one thing is we need to take back our nation.
I am from Hazleton Pa originally, and in July 2006 an ordinance went into effect that was introduced by Mayor, (R) Lou Barletta to get rid of the illegal immigrants. There were a few major points that brought up national media attention. One was to only do official business in the English language thus saving the city more taxpayer dollars to spend on police and enforcement instead of printing all of the cities documents in Spanish. The foreign speaking residents were outraged and cried discrimination and racism. But the ordinance was there to improve the quality of life in this city. The name of the bill itself is, The Illegal Immigration Relief Act (2006) was designed to punish anyone who harbored, rented to, or employed illegal immigrants. The act imposes a $1,000-per-day fine on any landlord who rents to an illegal immigrant, and it revokes for five years the business license of any employer who hires one. To many of the longtime residents this was a brilliant way to take back the city from illegal immigrants, thus reducing a burden on emergency services, reduces crime, and gives jobs back to those who couldn’t find a job because of employers hiring undocumented workers. This act was passed by city council, but immediately an injunction was placed while two, anonymous illegal aliens sued the city saying the act was unconstitutional and discriminatory to Latinos Unfortunately with the help of the A.C.L.U. the city lost the lawsuit with the judge on the case saying the city does not have to right to regulate illegal immigration, and is now appealing the decision. Funny thing is that if the federal Government will not step up its enforcement, then why can’t state and local Governments do so? Look at Arizona, their southern border with Mexico is home of some of the most violent murders, and kidnappings stemming from the drug war in Mexico. And even worse for the citizens of Arizona, the war is spilling over their border.
Our Governmental body needs to stop all its bickering about what party is better, forget the left, the right, the conservative and liberals, to me they are all a bunch of people constantly whining, and worry each other’s needs. They need to care about the safety and security of the American border along Mexico. If Congress and the President can spend half as much time drafting and passing a bill that would better protect our borders, as it does about who is better, our nation would be a lot safer to live in.. How can an Illegal Alien sue the Government saying our laws are too harsh, maybe we should pass laws stating that Illegal aliens have no right to sue. You see it all the time in many of the cities of California, Texas, or many of the Southwestern States, demonstrations and marches for illegal immigration. You hear of cities accepting illegal’s into their streets. And the Mexican Government supports Illegal immigration because it is a profitable business for their government when Mexican nationals send American money to their family in Mexico, this helps their economy. Even though Mexico is the 11th biggest economy in the world, their country is still one of the poorest for citizens.
To conclude, laws should be passed and strictly enforced in this nation that makes it harder to be an Illegal alien and undocumented worker. America needs to stand up and fight for what she believes in. And if these illegal immigrants are protected from our own laws, what can be next. If the politicians of America will not pass laws to regulate and put a stop to this crisis, then what happens when the next big epidemic hits our Nation?

Thanks. Your statements are heard and recognized here at ALIPAC.

This one in particular caught my eye and I wish it could be put into effect:
