Missing Voices
I've been thinking about our troops. Those poor heros are fighting for our freedoms here, and are constantly under attack by the media and deranged liberals.
If we pulled them out of Iraq and brought them home, what would they say about the invasion? I'm sure at least 90-95% would be in favor of enforcement and deportation. I think their voices are being missed in this debate. The John McCain Call Center

I agree their voices and opinions are missing and that is not good. But from what I've understood, military personnel obey authority and don't really question why they are doing something without a clear directive because they have been trained that way. The men and women (all nationalities) are protective of each other, similar to the police.
I wouldn't assume that the patriotism we feel would be absorbed by a soldier without a lot of work.

I was talking with a Vet yesterday and his son will come home in a week and have no job. His dads company went under to the illegals stealing the work. I offered to put his son to work but the dad could do nothing but hold his head down I could feel the sadness in his voice. He didn’t want me to quote him but you can imagine the anger he is holding in.
I hope his son calls me.
