Illegal alien siblings, third man facing slew of charges following abduction at gunpoint

Three suspects have been arrested for kidnapping a mother and her baby at gunpoint during a home invasion in North Carolina this week, authorities say.
The harrowing incident unfolded just before 11 p.m. on Monday night in Garner, a town in Wake County.
Two males and a female wearing masks and brandishing firearms stormed the home of Eliuth Alejandro Martinez and demanded he give them $1 million, CBS 17 reports.
When he refused, the suspects bound him with duct tape and grabbed his 26-year-old wife and 11-month-old daughter and fled the scene.
The Garner Police Department alerted the FBI and state authorities and an Amber Alert was issued.
At approximately 7 a.m. on Tuesday morning, the Wake County Sheriff’s Office was notified that a woman and her baby had turned up at a local resident’s home seeking help.
Thankfully, both mother and child were unharmed after being released by their abductors.
Two of the suspects, identified as male and female siblings, were apprehended later on Tuesday,
Paola Duran Duran, 25, and Miguel Angel Duran Duran, 23, are illegal aliens who were living in Raleigh at the time of their arrest, authorities say.
They were each charged with two counts of first-degree kidnapping and one count of second-degree kidnapping. Additionally, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has issued detainers against both of them.
A third suspect, 37-year-old Eleodoro “Leo” Estrada-Hernandez, was arrested by FBI Special Agents on Friday morning in Knightdale, NC.
Estrada-Hernandez was charged with two counts of first-degree kidnapping, one count of second-degree kidnapping, one count of possession of a firearm by a felon, and two counts of assault by pointing a firearm.
His immigration status remains unclear at this time.
An investigation is ongoing.
