    My question on the Constitution

So, can we recall our Senators? If so, how does one go about doing it?

I am curious about that answer myself. I've been going over my senators stance on things, how they've voted on these issues and they aren't doing it. Ah well it's a politican, that shouldn't be new. But can't they be fired? How do you get people out of office?

I suggest you go to your state laws pages and to your state elections pages to find out. There is a lot of information there.

For now, I'm too busy trying to stop the darn fools from forcing 20 million illegal aliens down my throat to research such an undertaking.

First off, it takes a long time to get the ball rolling. By then they will have run again for office and you could have spent your energy voting them out or running against them yourself.

US Senators can be impeached just like the President can. The problem is that you need 3/4's of the Senate to agree to impeach one of their own.

The US House can start the proceedings and pass it on with just a simple majority, I.E. 1 vote more then the people who do not want to impeach. It then moves onto the Senate for Trial. At the end of this trial 3/4's of the Senate must vote to impeach.

And should the Politicians start ignoring the Constitution, well lets just say that the Second Amendment is there for a reason.
