i should run for office...

Here is my 6 Point Plan for Repairing Immigration:
1. Secure the Border by beefing up the security force, building a fence/wall in most places and surveying the rest with remote locators and the deputized 'MinuteMen'.

2. Extend the jurisdiction of immigration enforcement to all law enforcement officials in the country, and the judiciary jurisidiction to the main stream court system. Integrate the Immigration database with the national police and law enforcement databases. This will help streamline the deportation process.

3. Now that we have most every police officer, sheriff and deputy, trooper and hwy patrol, state investigators and fbi officer posesing the ability to arrest and prosecute illegal immigrants we can move on to the employers. ICE and INS as well as local law enforcement should have the ability to wage heafty fines or even arrest business owners/managers who knowingly hire illegal immigrants (that is illegals without fake papers).

4. Overhaul our immigration laws to; Make visiting for short periods of time easier, Even out the ability of rich and poor to immigrate to here from all over the world, And Impliment a temporary worker program for future immigrants(a very small, restrictive and well overseen program). Make sure we are accepting the most even amount of people from all over the world to ensure our future diversity (according to US Census the immigration diversit is VERY one sided towards latinos).

5. Since step 2 law enforcement and border/port security has been deporting illegal immigrants. These illegals should be given printed material informing them of the harsher consequences if they return illegally and how to file the correct paperwork to move, or get worker status here.

6. Work with world governments to regulate how many people each country is sending and for them to make sure that their citizens who come here illegally serve time in jail/prison for the crime. Failure of countries to comply could equate into sanctions, tariffs and other penalties against the nation.

did i miss anything?
