I just talked to my Senator and he said since the Senators started getting all these calls and emails, they are approaching him about this bill, and many are getting on board. I think if we keep this up for a few more days, we'll win this one. Way to go, ALIPACers!

Wow, that's great. Our calls can make a difference.

People are waking up here in sleepy Idaho. Senator Jorgenson said they were in a fighting spirit at the Town Hall meeting this morning about the illegal immigration problem, and they are excited about his bill. Dang it, I couldn't get over there in time for it, but he called me right afterwards and gave me a report. He said they're all going to start making calls and sending emails. We're going to try to get some more letters in the papers, too. Chairman McKenzie isn't going to know what hit him.
