How does anyone say things like this with a straight face much less with anyone taking it serious?

Check it out:

You know, like burqas, male “chaperones,” honor killings, no property rights, no inheritance rights, just to name a few of Islam’s “contributions” to women’s rights. Your tax dollars paid for this.
