    Need Alipac Help in Louisiana Please

    Good Morning Alipac'ers.

    My Louisiana state house of representatives are voting on a proposed bill HB521, which states, *to create an advisory council to propose ways to eliminate obstacles to the effective delivery of governmental services to Latin Americans*.

    As usual they don't seperate illegal from legal, this way they can give what ever they want to illegals.

    But I disagree with this concept in the first place, they are causing racism and hard feeling, when separting groups of people and catering to one group for any social services...

    Hispanic caucus, black caucus, LA RAZA

    This most definitly needs stopped!

    It passed 90 yeas to 0 nays with 14 absent.
