This is a standard bill to fund the government. It was going to pass anyway. Sen. Cornyn, as a fiscal conservative, declined to be a part of big spending.

There's been a movement for native Hawaiin government for sometime. Guess it would make Hawaii something like a reservation. Look for the Senate to kill this.
