Here's one way out. If Trump and Cruz are number one and two in delegates at the convention, why not a Trump-Cruz ticket? Most supporters of either candidate would likely begrudgingly accept such a ticket – and it would be an easy win at the convention with their combined delegates.

Signs of desperation. There will be no Trump Cruz ticket. Forget that. Trump will go back to his nice life in New York before he would spend one day of the next 4 to 8 years having anything to do with Ted Cruz. Cruz has already joked about killing him. And there is nothing in my view that Ted Cruz wouldn't say or do to be President. And there is absolutely nothing about Ted Cruz that Donald Trump will be able to stomach once this nomination is over, however it turns out.

Trump just has to win enough votes to win 1237 delegates, so stop wasting time writing articles about a Trump Cruz ticket and spend your time writing articles about how Donald Trump's policy will fix our country and fix it fast. Stick to policies because THAT is why people support Donald Trump, that's why we vote for him and advocate for him.

There's an ole saying in sports that applies here, "keep your eye on the ball". The ball is votes. Go get the votes, the delegates will come, and that's how you win. You can't win Cruz's way with just sneaking around trying to steal delegates. You CAN WIN Trump's way by getting the most votes. Votes get delegates. And votes are the power if you know how to use them to win the nomination.
