Any word on states suing DHS?
Has anyone heard anything about the possibility of states filing a class-action lawsuit against the DHS for either violation of Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution for their failure to protect states from invasion OR for reimbursement for the costs of illegal immigration?

No, and I did a google search and it turned up nothing

I've long wondered about "the people" banding together and forming a class action lawsuit.

I still think the only way to get to the politicians/government/congress is to stop paying them. It may take a few years but I think all Americans should withhold something from the government to get their attention!! Not sure when and how but something drastic will have to happen to save this country now.
