    Congress is under 'martial law', it is a metaphor to describe how the leadership is treating this legislation and other members of Congress.

    THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU LET ILLEGALS INTO THE COUNTRY AND YOU GIVE THEM LOANS AND YOU DEINDUSTRIALIZE THE COUNTRY THROUGH FREE TRADE. BOTH PARTIES ARE GUILTY AND SO ARE WE FOR SHOPPING AT WALMART AND BUYING CHINESE AND JAPANESE INSTEAD OF KEEPING IT ALL IN AMERICA...LOOK IN THE MIRROR AS WELL AS POINTING FINGERS!
