    I sent my fax. Dixie- I called the White House yesterday afternoon and got a man who could barely speak English and he acted like he couldn't understand anything I told him. So I asked for his name and he said he wasn't allowed to give it to me. But, he did offer me his tag #, which is Operator #77.
