    NewswireToday - /newswire/ - Provo, UT, United States, 07/05/2007

Qualtrics survey software, a leader in the market research industry scanned all 50 states on the subject of immigration. The results showed 68 percent of respondents favor deportation as an answer to illegal immigration — with family.

Thirty-five percent of Americans feel that first priority should be given to legal immigration applicants who have U.S. resident family members — according to a nationwide Qualtrics survey.

Qualtrics survey software, a leader in the market research industry scanned all 50 states on the subject of immigration. The results showed 68 percent of respondents favor deportation as an answer to illegal immigration — with family, then employability being the priority criteria for their legal counterparts.

The survey showed 28 percent of respondents feel employability should be given the most weight in a potential immigrant’s application for residency, with 26 percent favoring a first-come-first-served policy. Most respondents — 35 percent — felt family relationships should determine priority status.

It appears to be an internet-based survey, and those are inherently flawed because such surveys are usually not random samples of the population.
Also, the "article" reads more like a press release, and it probably is written by the polling company to boost its product.

    Highly suspect.
