I'm new to this forum and this group. Fighting illegal immigration has become a personal issue for me.

2005, my brother convinced me to get into an arranged marriage with his wife's sister. I figure his marriage was working out great so sure why not. Met her got to know her and then married her.

She refused to consummate our marriage vows. Then found out she had no intention of ever sleeping with me. I had filed the marriage paperwork with clerk of court because I wanted to show her I had faith in her. But I refused to file the ins paperwork that would turn her k-1 fiance visa into a 2 year temporary residency visa, so she left me.

I found out too late that my brother has to send money to Cambodia every month or his wife gives him grief. She only slept with him because her family made her. They needed her pregnant to insure they wouldn't lose his money. They meaning, her relatives. Learned a bunch of other stuff as well that I should've known before deciding on marriage with Champey, trying to keep this short. All the things I should've known before I said yes to marriage with Champey.

Anyhow in an attempt to get her self petitioning status they lied to the police and got me arrested for trying to rape my wife on our wedding night. The prosecutor wouldn't talk to me, the Public defender didn't want to have anything to do with me until the case went to trail. I had a friend in the US defenders office filed my version of this story to them and they passed it on to the Prosecutors office. He called up Champey and questioned her, I believe tripping her up in her lies and promptly dropped all charges.

Champey's alien registration number is MOD EDIT. I send letters to INS and ICE that never get replied to giving them her address in Texas. FYI I live in Florida. She's an illegal alien and she is still here. She hasn't been deported. I am not even 100% certain whether or not she has been issued a deportation order though I believe she has. My brother complained to my sister about the INS and ICE and had a little panic conversation so I know they bugged him about it.

FYI he tried to get my nephew to marry her 14 year old cousin via a fake birth certificate but he and his mother said no to the deal. ICE has already been informed about this by myself and my sister. He also tried to set up our father with her mother but he turned them down as well.

Telling someone to leave is not the same as making her leave. I can't reach any official by phone that actually has the answers that I'm looking for. All they will do is take a message and never get back with me.

All I want is to insure that she doesn't profit from her trickery in conning me and getting her k-1 fiance visa. All I want is that since she has "changed her mind about being my wife" she should return back to Cambodia where she belongs. If they can prove she committed fraud she deserves jail before deportation, but I'll be satisfied with deportation. Actual deportation not lip service.

So who do I have to talk to, to get her out of this country? Who do I have to talk to, to get her physically/actually deported?
