New York Ripe For SAVE Act Discharge

Same story as Indiana and Pennsylvania. Dems picked up 3 seats in GOP Districts.

Here's Kirsten Gillibrand's NY 20th position on illegal immigration:

also a cosponsor of the SAVE Act

    Mike Arcuri NY 24th

Mike Arcuri is also a cosponsor of the SAVE Act

He doesn't appear to be as vocal about illegal immigration as Gillibrand or Hall, but he doesn't sound like he's courting La Raza

    This is odd.

New York has 29 congressional seats, 23 Dems 6 GOP

3 Dems are cosponsors of the SAVE Act. ZERO Republicans (although 2 have signed the discharge petition.)

    Late Primaries

Apparently New York holds its primaries in September, so it's unclear who the GOP challengers may turn out to be.

All three of these seats are high priorities for the GOP, they think they can take these back.
