    No "press 1 for english"

I got a credit card for "Dress Barn" and had to activate it. I was pleasantly surprised, that the phone call was in English, I did not have to press 1. I am going to send them an email and tell them how happy I am that they haven't implemented "press 1 for English" etc, and hope that they never will.
