They serve the food in a waxed paper container that serves as a barf bag.

ALL vendors..mobile or fixed need to get a business license. Here is where the city and county can do the documentation checks. Business application can stipulate all th requirements if the business is to be considered as mobile. Zone where they are permitted and times of operation. Other states do it NC can too.

They could make a seperate catigory for Loncheras...Name it "Driveby Puking".

I haven't heard of a problem with bacteria here...I guess it's like with regular, stationary resturants-we take our chances-and they should be subject to the same health inspection process as every other establishment....of course (sad to say, nothing would surprise me) they COULD give US the germy bags/plates and save the clean ones for "la raza"....
