Holder has threatened to bring a second lawsuit against Arizona if there are any cases of alleged racial profiling

He cannot target the law , only the officer that is alleged to have committed the profiling.

Why can't Arizona counter sue for not securing the border?
Give them enough rope and let them hang themselves. I think citizens of many states had no idea of the severity of this problem.
